Atlantis ImageMakers

Kicking off the new Atlantis ImageMakers program in April of 2017, Atlantis Resorts hosted a group of 16 of the diving industry’s leading underwater photographers, videographers and image-makers. The group included award winning filmmakers Michele and Howard Hall, filmmakers and writers Gui and Cathryn Castle Garcia (Dive Training magazine), media gurus Joel and Jennifer Penner (newmediasoup.com), ocean spokeswoman Annie Crawley, videographer Evan Sherman (Seasick Productions), still photographers and writers Tim Rock, Douglas Seifert, Emily Irving, David Fleetham, Matthew Meier, and Amanda Cotton, Jennifer Black of Rodenberry Adventures, and Marty Snyderman, the newly appointed Atlantis Photography Ambassador.

Additional members of the 2017 Atlantis ImageMakers team include Sue Dreyfal, Lynn Funkhouser, Florian Fisher, and David Haas.

Howard Hall

Howard Hall specializes in underwater giant format film production. IMAX films directed by Howard include Into the Deep,Island of the Sharks, Deep Sea 3D, and Under the Sea 3D.

David Fleetham

David Fleetham is one of the most published underwater photographers in the world. He began diving and photographing underwater in 1976 and has been in Hawaii since 1986.

Jenn Penner

On the occasions when the ocean is her office, Jennifer will have her camera with her on just about every dive. Capturing the beauty of the underwater world in still images is her main objective

Marty Snyderman

For more than four decades Marty Snyderman has worked as an underwater photographer, cinematographer, author, speaker and teacher.

Matt Meier

Matthew Meier is an award winning professional underwater, nature and travel photographer living in San Diego, CA. Matthew also shoots commercially, specializing in architectural and product photography.

Michele Hall

While Michele’s underwater still photos have been published internationally, the focus of her work has been producing marine wildlife documentary films for television and theatrical release.
