Meet Our Judges
The Photo Competition will be judged by our Atlantis Photo Ambassadors: Marty Snyderman & Brent Durand.
Marty is an Emmy Award winner and the Marine Life editor and Underwater Photography columnist for Dive Training magazine, as well as Photo Ambassador at Atlantis Philippines. For more than four decades Marty Snyderman has worked as an underwater photographer, cinematographer, author, speaker and teacher.
Brent is a writer and photo instructor, currently publishing a website with video tutorials for underwater photographers. His work has been published worldwide and his experience includes working as Editor-in-Chief of the Underwater Photography Guide before joining Atlantis Philippines last year as Photo Ambassador and US West Coast Sales Rep.
Photo Contest Rules:
- Photo must have been taken at either Atlantis Puerto Galera, Atlantis Dumaguete or Atlantis Azores.
- One entry per stay at Atlantis Puerto Galera, Atlantis Dumaguete, and/or Atlantis Azores allowed.
- Photo must not contain any copyright or watermark to ensure impartial judging.
- Photo format must be jpeg, 1500 pixel minimum, and file no larger than 10MB.
- Send photo image to [email protected] via email attachment, Google Drive link, WeTransfer link or Dropbox link.
- Judges decision will be final.
- Post-processing is not restricted.

Contest Terms & Conditions
- Contest ends on April 27, 2020 at 12 midnight EDT.
- Winner will be announced on May 1, 2020.
- In addition to one (1) Grand Prize winner, we will also award (5) five Honorable Mention winners of a US$500 resort credit.
- One entry may be submitted per stay at either Atlantis Puerto Galera, Atlantis Dumaguete or Atlantis Azores. Entry must include location and month/year of stay.
- Photo entry in jpeg format, 1500 pixel minimum and 10MB maximum file size.
- Photo entry must contain no watermarks to ensure impartial judging.
- Grand Prize winner may choose between 7 night liveaboard trip or 7 night resort stay, redeemable through Dec 31, 2021.
- Liveaboard prize subject to availability and cannot be booked prior to 90 days before charter, based on twin share accommodation. Normal inclusions/exclusions apply.
- Resort prize subject to availability. Normal inclusions/exclusions apply.
- Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
